the location was perfect, within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the city center. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. Our room was clean and well-appointed with a comfortable bed, good bathroom, and a variety of facilities such as a comfy seating area.
The hotel's proximity to a busy road did lead to some noise disruption at times.

The hotel is conveniently located near the ski slopes and has great ski storage facilities with boot heaters. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a great rain-showerhead which was a great way to relax after a day of skiing.
The hotel lacked some basic amenities like complementary tea bags, shampoo, and WiFi in some rooms. The breakfast was also expensive and not included in the room rate.

This apartment in Winterberg is very nice! Huge size, newly renovated bathroom, great breakfast selection, fantastic location in the town centre, private car parking space, use of hotel leisure facilities.

We couldn't have asked for a better location, it was right in the heart of the city center and very close to all the shops and restaurants. The hotel facilities were fantastic, including a leisure area and dining services in the hotel. The private car parking space was a plus point, making it convenient for us. The staff was friendly and approachable, and breakfast was perfect!
Nothing could have been better.

Great location: we were really close to many shops, bars, and restaurants, which made everything very convenient. The leisure facilities were a plus, and we had access to them. Breakfast was gorgeous, and we enjoyed the use of the hotel storage service, which was perfect for our mountain bikes.
We were a group of six people in an apartment, and unfortunately, there was only one toilet, which made things a bit uncomfortable. We were also a bit disappointed that the swimming pool was closed due to maintenance, but we still had access to the other facilities. Finally, we had to clean the apartment ourselves as housekeeping wasn't included in the rate.
